In December 2016 I had no money and everyone got a painting for Christmas when I had one month of painting under my belt lol everyone was in shock at how good I was 9 years later I wanted to recreate this piece of my sister. Maybe 9 years from now I'll do it again
"By whose stripes you were healed." 2 Peter 2:24 - Oil painting on canvas. 2024
After months of planning, preparation, practice, and execution! I have finished this painting "POPPI" Acrylic on a galley-wrapped canvas 2024
Just finished this piece for a client. gallery-wrapped canvas with golden fluid acrylics. This is my whole process! It took around 80 to 100 hours to complete. It's a full circle moment for me, this was the biggest commission I've ever done money-wise. My client took a couple of painting classes from me here and there and I was honored she wanted to come learn from me! She got to see firsthand how hard painting is 2 months ago, she came up to me at class saying she wanted to get a big commission done. My first thought, whenever someone asks me is, "not after I tell you the price" lol wasn't so this time the reason why it's a full circle moment is because my client is my 1st-grade teacher! completely honored and grateful! 2023
Happy and sad to say this painting is all done! After hours and hours of enjoyment, it's time to hang it up and enjoy it a different way now. This painting was inspired from my first Christmas being married to my husband and we went to our favorite hiking spot! It was incredible and definitely a cherished moment! Unfortunately since then the place burnt down a couple years ago but its growing back. On a side note, it's crazy how this painting took me so long to finish and God created EVERYTHING in 6 days. Best artist I know! I wanna be more like that! 2022

"Fresh Air" - Nataly Paints - Acrylic on a 6x12 wooden panel 2020
I found myself in a place where all I was doing was work. When I pumped the breaks and took some time to paint. Here's a quote I'll never forget, "Once you learn you how to paint, what becomes hard is what to paint" - Bob Ross. I sat down and searched through my photos on my phone, I'm so drawn to landscapes so, this painting was based on a photo I took while hiking in the Los Angeles Forest. I didn't realize how much I needed that, fresh air.

"Hunger and Thirst"- Nataly Paints - Acrylic Painting on canvas 2019
I was inspired by WCHO music. They wrote a song named "Hunger and Thirst" and this painting goes along with that vision. We as Christians how our hearts desire to be filled with God's Love and to be more like Him. But a lot of times we get caught up in everyday life and Jesus is trying to give us information by saying if you abide in me, He is the Living Water, He is the Bread of Life, and whoever drinks from Him will never thirst again. - Nataly Paints
John 4:1-15
"Who Will Deliver Me" - Nataly Paints - painting on a 16x40 canvas 2019
I don’t understand myself, for I want to do what is right, but I don’t do it. Instead, I do what I hate. But if I know that what I am doing is wrong, this shows that I agree that the law is good. So I am not the one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it. And I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. I want to do what is right, but I can’t. I want to do what is good, but I don’t. I don’t want to do what is wrong, but I do it anyway. But if I do what I don’t want to do, I am not the one doing wrong; It is sin living in me that does it. I have discovered this principle of life—that when I want to do what is right, I inevitably do what is wrong. I love God’s law with all my heart. But another power within me is at war with my mind. This power makes me a slave to the sin that is still within me. Oh, what a miserable person I am! Who will free me from this life that is dominated by sin and death? Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord. So you see how it is: In my mind, I want to obey God’s law, but because of my sinful nature I am a slave to sin.
Romans 7:15-25 NLT

"Afterbath" - Nataly Paints - an acrylic on 11x14 canvas 2019
Growing up I was never good at anything and couldn't hold good habits for learning anything new to develop a skill. I always loved art and felt connected with creating. At age 17 I was finally introduced to painting and never stopped painting since. It was a gift God gave me. Even if I tried, I can’t help but, paint.
